ABC Multilingua has officially received endorsement under the NAATI Language Service Provider (LSP) Endorsement Model.
This endorsement reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical, and secure language services across Australia.
The NAATI LSP Endorsement Model establishes a nationally consistent framework to strengthen quality, accountability, and trust in translation and interpreting services—particularly for government and community-facing work.
To achieve endorsement, providers must demonstrate:
- Engagement of NAATI-certified practitioners
- Strong quality assurance and feedback systems
- Robust cybersecurity practices
- Ongoing reporting and accountability
- Structured practitioner onboarding and governance
